I am Hayatullah Sayedi, a driven individual with a passion for education, public, and leadership. Throughout my life, I have strived to make a positive impact and contribute to the betterment of society. I am an experienced speaker, mentor and podcaster.

My educational journey began at the American University of Afghanistan, where I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Law. This foundation equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the professional world.

In addition to my formal education, I have actively sought out opportunities for personal and professional growth. I have attended workshops and training programs, such as the PeaceLab MasterClass and the Peace and Conflict Resolution certificate at the American University of Afghanistan. These experiences have broadened my perspective and allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of conflict transformation and social entrepreneurship.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various roles that have shaped me into the well-rounded professional I am today. As a Success Manager at Podcast Inc, I have honed my skills in client retention, promoting the value of products, and providing exceptional customer experiences. I take pride in creating training courses and educational materials that empower individuals to succeed.

My journey has also included serving as an Executive Assistant at Rumi Consultancy, where I facilitated communication between the CEO, project managers, and employees. This role allowed me to utilize my leadership skills to build trust and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In my role as a Recruitment Assistant at the American Councils for International Education, I had the opportunity to support recruiting teams and contribute to the selection process of candidates. This experience involved conducting interviews, scheduling appointments, and maintaining candidate databases. I also traveled to different provinces to evaluate candidates, gaining valuable insights into diverse cultures and perspectives.
