I started my journey of training and mentoring during my school days when I found joy in helping my classmates and guiding them through various life scenarios. I organized sessions at school and libraries, which allowed me to connect with people and realize the profound satisfaction that comes from helping others.
As time went on, I had the opportunity to participate as a counselor and teacher trainer in the esteemed Leadership and English Advancement Program in India. These experiences further honed my skills in mentoring and counseling, empowering me to inspire and motivate individuals. I soon became a sought-after speaker, both as a guest speaker and a trainer, lending my voice to various programs and conferences.
I have had the privilege of delivering speeches to national and international communities, leaving a lasting impact on audiences. One of my most memorable experiences was serving as a delegate and International Speaker at the Youth Empowering Conference in Islamabad. It was truly humbling to witness the power of my words resonating with the attendees, empowering them to embrace their potential and make a difference in the world.
Driven by my commitment to empowerment, I co-founded the We Empower organization in Afghanistan. Through this platform, I continue to serve as a guest speaker and trainer, dedicating myself to empowering individuals and fostering personal growth within communities. The impact of this work has been transformative, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive difference.
In addition to my involvement in Afghanistan, I have also contributed as an academic advisor and public speaking instructor at the Hamkar International Camp in Uzbekistan. This role has allowed me to shape the communication skills and confidence of aspiring speakers, preparing them to effectively convey their messages and engage with diverse audiences.
